Almost everyone likes to eat fruit.  However, many of us do not know what color fruit is most beneficial?

Each color results in one nutrient;  Which solves various problems of the body.  Besides, our body is rich in various types of vitamins and minerals.  Let's not know how beneficial a colored fruit is-

 Yellow-green fruit
